Grand Rapids, Michigan, Feb. 22, 2024 – After a successful 45-year career ensuring West Michigan residents have access to quality health care, Care Resources Chief Executive Officer Tracey McKnight has announced plans to retire in January 2025.

McKnight joined Care Resources as CEO in 2018. During her tenure, McKnight has led significant growth and expansion of programming and services for the community-based program that promotes healthy and independent living for people 55 years and older while preventing nursing home placement.

Care Resources will begin its search for a new CEO in March, with the plan to have a new leader in place by the third quarter of the year. McKnight will work closely with the new CEO through her retirement on Jan. 6, 2025.
