Care Resources is adding another full-time Bus Driver to our team! This position works Monday – Friday days and is eligible for full-time benefits, paid time off, paid holidays and a generous retirement savings plan.

Our Bus Drivers are responsible for providing safe transportation services to the Care Resources participants according to assigned routes/appointment schedules and utilizing Care Resources vehicles. There may also be some delivery services as needed.

Under the supervision of the Care Resources Day Center Manager and Day Center Supervisor the Patient Care Assistant is responsible for providing various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs, support and health status of Care Resources program participants in their home.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Hours vary: In this Home Care role, visits may start as early as 6 am and last up to 8 pm during the week, Monday – Friday. We are flexible for the right candidate; willing to schedule 10 hour shifts or split shifts early morning to afternoon then late afternoon to 8 pm. We will consider hiring part-time or full-time for the right candidate. Upon hire you would work first shift for the first month during the training period only.

Weekend rotation is required — approximately every 6 to 8 weeks. No holidays.

Preferred candidates will be Certified by the State of Michigan as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), and have at least one year of experience working with the elderly (or) Non-Certified with 1 to 2 years of Home Care experience.
