Care Resources is proud to provide COVID-19 vaccine boosters. We are actively scheduling participants who have not received their shots.

Most participants received the Moderna vaccine; those with the Moderna vaccine are receiving Moderna boosters. Participants who had the Johnson & Johnson vaccine will also get a Moderna booster; improved outcomes shown in the data support this. We are working with the Kent County Health Department to give Pfizer boosters; they have a team of traveling nurses administering these shots.

Participants may also visit any pharmacy that offers the vaccine booster. For those who do so, please notify us so we can update your medical records.
