After 13 years of growth, Care Resources has moved to better serve participants.

Our new facility is a repurposed, former church that featured a dedicated medical clinic, three day center rooms, a therapy gym, outdoor courtyards, activity areas, and more. Our new location — 4150 Kalamazoo Ave SE — opened on August 5, 2019.
