2020 Community Report
With 2020 behind us, we are excited to give you an update about what we at Care Resources have been doing with our time.
Care Resources made many advancements last year in how we care for participants. Our Community Report highlights many of our new and enhanced service offerings including the delivery of thousands of meals, groceries, medications, and activity bags to participants’ homes. We were especially excited to receive grant funding from The Michigan Health Endowment Fund to launch telehealth and telemonitoring services as part of our expanded home health model. These services give the Care Resources clinical team another tool to provide all-inclusive, comprehensive care to keep people in their homes. We are so grateful for everyone’s support, and will continue to keep participants’ physical, mental, and social health our top priority!
